- Q: What blogging platforms do you design for?
- A: Currently, I have to most experience in Blogger. Although I have used Wordpress a while back, and I'm sure the knowledge would come back, it just might take a little while longer to finish.
- Q: What are payment policies?
- A: I require full payment up front for orders up to $35.
- A: I require 50% down payment on orders over $40 BEFOR I start on your order. Once DP is received, I require rest of payment due befor design can be turned over.
- A: All payments are done through pay pal.
- Q: How long do custom designs take?
- A: From the minute I get your payment/down payment it usually takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks at most (depending on size of order.)
- A: Custom vectors can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks.
- A: Buttons/Signatures can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days at most.
- Q: Can I get my design faster?
- A: YES! When ordering, the second to last question will ask you how fast you want it. Fee of $20-$50 may be applied, depending on time frame alloted.
- Q: I'm a returning customer, can I have a discount?
- A: Yes of coarse. All returning customers receive 15% their next orders.
- Q: I don't know anything about installing my design, will you help me?
- A: I always offer extended service. If it's a small fix or change that will take under 20 mins, it's free. Otherwise I charge $10/hr, unless fault is on my part.
- A: Don't forget, "Hands Free Install" is available for $15. This covers all installation and fixes up to 3hrs. After 3hrs, HFI customers receive a discounted rate of $7/hr for major fixes.
- A: I now offer a 24hr On-Call line (brought to you by Google Voice). Just call, leave a message, and you should hear from me with-in an hour. (OC line free Noon-11PM EST, $10 per 30 mins 12am-11am EST) Phone # is included in final pricing email.
- Q: I've grown out of my design, can I have a new one?
- A: Growning out of a design is perfectly normal. If you would like a different header, sidebar, button, or signature, returning customers will receive 15% off their order.
- A: If you are looking for a completely new design, returning package customers will recieve the same package with a 25% discount.
- A: Want a new design, plus an upgrade? Returning package customers will recieve 40% off their new upgrated design.
- Q: I don't like my design , what now?
- A: During the process of illustration, I will be in constant contact with you. I also invite you to keep talking to me. At any point in the design process you can say you don't like it. After your design has been uploaded and published, you have exactly one (1) week to decided if it fits your style, after that week, I am sorry I can not offer you an entirely new layout for free, but I can offer a new design for an additional $20.
